Why isn't my Weber iGrill 3 turning on?

If your iGrill 3 is not turning on, please be sure that the batteries have been inserted correctly with their negative terminals each compressing a spring. Confirm that all of the wire terminals are firmly connected to the back of the iGrill 3 and to the battery pack. If this does not resolve the issue, please try replacing the batteries with a fresh pair of AA batteries. Quite often, something so simple will do the trick!
