I have setup an account on Weber.com but my previously registered grill isn’t showing up in the system. Do I have to re-register my grill?
If you signed up for your Weber.com account profile with the same e-mail address you used to register your grill, registered grills will appear in your profile. However, if you are using a different email address your grill registration will not appear in your profile but the registration will remain in our systems should you need Customer Service assistance. Additionally, if you have updated your email address via Customer Service after registering your grill you may not be able to view your existing grill registration.
