How do I use the new Weber iGrill app?

We have launched our new Weber iGrill app, compatible with iGrill products! Getting started with our new app is very simple.

Please note that transitioning from the iDevices® Connected app to the Weber iGrill app will permanently remove your custom presets, so make sure to write them down before taking any further steps. This way you can input them into the Weber iGrill app once you follow the steps listed below.

  • First, go into your apps and ensure that you update the iDevices® Connected App. Doing this will remove any instance of iGrill products from the iDevices® Connected app as it will no longer support them. In doing so, you will be able to use the iDevices® Connected app for other iDevices® products while using the Weber iGrill app for iGrill products. If you do not own any iDevices® products, you can delete the app entirely. 

  • Updating the iDevices® Connected app is essential and must be done before attempting to connect to the Weber iGrill app. Without doing so, there will be interference between both apps attempting to connect to your device which will cause neither to be able to.

  • After updating the iDevices® Connected app, make sure to download our new Weber iGrill app from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store. With this app you can monitor the progress of your cook, utilize and create preset and custom temperature settings, graph your cook, and more!

    *If you are using the iGrill Classic on Android, please continue to use the iGrill Classic app. 

If your iGrill device does not pair immediately once you download the Weber iGril® app, please restart your phone or tablet and attempt to connect again. This should do the trick!
