My Weber iGrill 2 Won’t Turn On

If your Weber iGrill 2 is brand new, please be sure that the batteries have been inserted correctly with their negative terminals each compressing a spring. If this does not help or if your Weber iGrill 2 is not brand new, please try replacing the batteries with a pair of brand new AA batteries.

If you are still unable to turn on your Weber iGrill 2 after following these steps, please contact us at support@weberstephen.com.
